Gr4vy will be attending NRF 2023: Retail’s Biggest Show

The National Retail Federation (NRF) annual show is around the corner, and Gr4vy’s expert payments team will be at NRF, joining fellow payments and retail industry experts to discuss some of the core issues affecting merchants today and in the near future.

The 113th NRF show, hosted in New York, is expected to cover a range of topics, with the key themes predicted to be:

  • Tech-enabled customer experiences to enhance and elevate interactions for consumers
  • Differentiation and competition, and how retailers are investing in their workforces
  • Company culture and its impact on the store experience

In addition to this, attendees and speakers will cover the e-commerce hurdles and how payments and other elements of the supply chain can have an impact on merchants.
