new RELEASE

Payment Links

WHAT’S NEW

Gr4vy has officially launched support for Payment Links, enabling merchants to create secure, one-time payment URLs that can be shared with customers via email or SMS. It’s an ideal solution for businesses that don’t host their own checkout or operate beyond traditional e-commerce flows—especially those looking to turn in-store interest into online sales.

Settlement Reporting

WHAT’S NEW

In addition to Stripe, Adyen, Nuvei, and Braintree, Gr4vy’s consolidated settlement report now supports PayPal. Our platform automatically retrieves settlement files, reconciles them with your records, and generates standardized reports tailored to your reconciliation requirements. This enables full reconciliation by the merchant through a single, unified report.

Settlement reporting simplifies financial reconciliation by unifying transaction data from multiple payment service providers (PSPs) into a single, standardized report. Merchants can schedule reports or download them on demand.

new feature

Partial Authorization

We now support partial authorization, allowing merchants to capture available funds when the full amount can’t be authorized. Merchants can enable this option per transaction and view both the requested and authorized amounts via the dashboard or API. If partial auth is attempted with an unsupported PSP, an error will be returned. Supported providers include Nuvei, Stripe, Adyen, and Checkout.com.

new AVAILABILITY

Adyen Payouts

We’ve expanded our payout capabilities to include Adyen, alongside existing support for Checkout.com, Nuvei, and Stripe. Merchants can now initiate and manage payouts directly through the Gr4vy platform, streamlining disbursements and enabling faster, more flexible fund distribution across providers.

Oxxo Pay

The popular voucher-based payment method in Mexico is now available through Gr4vy. With OXXO Pay, customers receive a unique reference code that they can use to complete their payment in person at any OXXO store.

Due to the in-person nature of the transaction, payment processing may be delayed. Merchants can use Gr4vy’s default hosted payment flow, or configure a custom approval URL to display their own branded barcode or voucher page. This addition provides greater flexibility for merchants looking to serve cash-preferred customers in Mexico.

Latitude and Gem

Expanding our alternative payment method offerings, we now support Latitude Interest Free Australia and Gem Interest Free New Zealand. This new connection allows Latitude credit card holders to spread the cost of purchases over interest-free instalments—providing greater flexibility at checkout.

While customers must already have a Latitude card to use this payment method, they will be given the option to sign up when redirected to Latitude during checkout. This release strengthens Gr4vy’s presence in the ANZ market and gives merchants in the region another powerful tool to meet local payment preferences.

NEW FEATURE

Account Funding Transactions

AFTs now supported via API. This functionality enables merchants to facilitate the transfer of funds into financial accounts—commonly used to initialize or top up accounts for future purchases, investments, or trading activity.

HOW IT WORKS

An account funding transaction (AFT) involves transferring money into a financial account—whether it’s an initial deposit to open an account or a top-up to ensure sufficient funds for future purchases, investments, or transactions. From brokerage accounts to crypto wallets, AFTs are essential for enabling downstream activity. Gr4vy now supports AFTs with Nuvei, Checkout.com, Adyen, and Stripe, giving merchants greater flexibility to power a wide range of use cases across financial services, fintech, and beyond. NEW FEATURE

Merchant Advice Codes

Gr4vy now supports Mastercard’s Merchant Advice Codes (MACs) for declined transactions, to help merchants better understand the reasons behind declined transactions and determine next steps. MACs are two-digit codes (e.g., 01New account information available) returned by the PSP in the transaction response.

HOW IT WORKS

Gr4vy captures these codes and now passes them directly back to merchants via the API and dashboard, offering greater transparency and enabling more informed decision-making—such as whether a transaction should be retried. This feature is now available for Cybersource, Mastercard, Checkout.com, Adyen, and Stripe

Local Payment Methods via dLocal

Gr4vy has expanded its local payment method coverage through dLocal, adding support for Stitch, a popular pay-by-bank option in South Africa. In addition to that, we’ve introduced 12 new local payment methods across Latin America to give merchants greater reach and flexibility in key growth markets:

  • Argentina: Rapipago
  • Brazil: NuPay, PicPay
  • Chile: ServiPag, Khipu
  • Colombia: Nequi
  • Mexico: SPEI
  • Peru: BCP, Payvalida, PagoEfectivo, Yape
  • Uruguay: Red Pagos, Abitab

All of these methods are now live and available across customer environments, enabling more localized, preferred ways to pay for users in these regions.
